How do I know if ordering online is secure?

Protecting your personal information is of high priority to us. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption in every transaction to ensure that your order is secure.

Make sure you see an unbroken key or closed lock on the status bar of your browser window to ensure a secure connection. This is an indication that the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is active and is encrypting your personal information.

What is the standard processing time for my order?

Most orders are processed and are ready to ship within 2-3 business days and should arrive within three to five business days after shipment. We ship all orders by either USPS or UPS.

Some orders may have an additional processing time due to lens backorder. This may include prescriptions with a high sphere, high cylinder or any other made-to-order lens. If your order has any extended delays we will notify you via email within 24 hours.

What is the return policy?

At EYENMORE.COM your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply call us within 7 days, and we will be happy to exchange or refund your order. However, eyeglass frames under $50 cannot be returned. Please see our full return policy for complete details.

What methods of payment do you accept?

How do I update my account info?

Log in to your account through the link on your order confirmation or by using our login page. Change the information in your profile by clicking on “Edit Your Account”.

Why do you need my email address?

We use your email address to send you your order confirmation, status updates and notices of special sales and promotions.

Why is the prescription date important?

Eyeglass prescriptions are valid for 12 months from the date of the examination unless specified by the doctor. You cannot order eyeglasses with an expired prescription.
