A valid tracking number is supplied with every shipment for your convenience. EyenMore.com does not take responsibility for delays once order is shipped or if shipment is lost or stolen. We ship all orders via UPS or USPS.
Orders are processed and ready to ship in 3 - 6 business days. In the event of a delay in processing your order, you will be notified via email. Note: Rimless frames and nonstandard prescriptions, for example high cylinder or high power may require additional time for processing.
Free return shipping will only be applied to orders with prior authorization from our customer service representatives. Orders without prior authorization will be refused and returned at buyer’s expense.
EyenMore.com accepts returns on sunglasses, prescription eyeglasses and frames within 7 business days of the receipt of your purchase. This return policy applies only to unused and unworn eyewear that is still in the original condition. A valid Return Authorization Number is required. Please note that we do not accept any returns on frames under $50. Charges for prescription lenses, additional coatings or upgrades are nonrefundable.

Please allow 3 - 5 business days from the time return is received for it to be processed and credited. The refund amount will be the item cost less any discounts or coupons. We cannot refund shipping charges, prescription lenses, coatings or any upgrades.
STEPS FOR RETURNING EYEWEAR:
1-Contact us through email or telephone to obtain the required authorization for your return as well as the return shipping address. Free return shipping will only be applied to orders with prior authorization from our customer service representatives. Orders without prior authorization will be refused and returned at buyer’s expense.
2-Enclose a copy of your original invoice and note the details of your return. Indicate your RA (return authorization) number on the invoice.
3-Use a traceable method of shipment and ship your return in protective packaging. Do not ship in an envelope. EyenMore.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
